Swimming Lesson Information

  We offer American Red Cross Swim Lessons, taught by Water Safety Instructors certified through the American Red Cross.  Swim Lessons are eight sessions long, and run Monday - Thursday.  There are limited Tuesday/Thursday evening classes available as well.  Fridays will be used as a make-up day, when the schedule allows.  See Swimming Lesson schedule for dates, times and make-up information.

Class Cancellations:
To find out if a class is cancelled, please download the Rainout Line app on your smartphone or check the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department's Facebook page.  

In the event of a cancellation, make-up dates are built into some swimming lesson sessions.  The Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department does not issue credits or refunds for any classes that are unable to be made up.
