Description:
In this class women are provided with a comfortable and encouraging atmosphere to start their fitness routine or learn some new full body exercises that can be completed at home. You will learn how to tone arms, legs and core with a series of effective exercises using minimal equipment and your own bodyweight. There will be two classes held each week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A new routine will be programmed for each class.
