Skateboard Park

The Sun Prairie Skateboard Park is open from 6:00 am - 10:00 pm and is located at 908 S. Bird Street.

The Skateboard Park was originally constructed in 2016, with an expansion completed in 2021. A third phase is tentatively scheduled in 2027 per the City's Capital Improvement Plan. For a rendering of the full expansion project, click here.

Skateboard Park Rules & Regulations

  • No bicycles or scooters are allowed in the park.
  • Proper safety equipment should be worn while skating.
  • Park hours are 6:00 am - 10:00 pm.
  • Profanity and reckless/boisterous behavior are prohibited.
  • Use caution and good judgement at all times.
  • Glass containers are not allowed in the park.
  • Amplified music must be kept to moderate levels.
  • No drugs or alcohol allowed in the park.
  • Please respect the park by keeping the area clean.
  • Please use trash receptacles.
  • Respect those around you by allowing others to use the facility.
