Annually in October - December, PRF staff and the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Commission engage in discussions to develop a document that identifies strategic priorities and areas of focus to guide the work of the year ahead. The final document is typically approved at the December meeting of each year. Staff developed measurable outcomes for each objective and provides a report to the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission on a monthly basis.
