The Sun Prairie Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department offers a variety of fitness programs designed for all ages and skill levels. From energizing Zumba® classes and Aqua Cycling to Strength & Balance for seniors and engaging sessions of WERQ dance fitness, there’s something to suit everyone’s interests and fitness goals. Whether you’re looking to try something new, improve your balance and flexibility, or simply enjoy a social way to stay active, our fitness programs provide a fun, supportive environment to reach your wellness goals. Fitness Flex Pass

With the Fitness Flex Pass, enjoy the freedom to customize your fitness routine! Purchase a 5 or 10-class pass and attend any participating fitness class that fits your schedule. Just show up, sign in as a Fitness Flex Pass holder, and enjoy your workout! The Fitness Flex Pass is ideal for those who want flexibility and variety in their exercise schedule.

  • Zumba Tuesday
    •   WCSB - 6:00-6:45 PM | 1/13-3/10 (no class 1/27 and 2/17) , 3/24-5/19 (no class 4/7)
  • Zumba Thursdays
    • WCSB - 5:30-6:15 PM | 1/15-3/12 (no class 1/29), 4/2-5/21
  • Zumba Gold
    • Thursdays - WCSB - 9:00-9:45 AM |   1/15-3/12 (no class 1/29), 4/2-5/21
  • Strength and Balance
    • Tuesdays - WCSB - 9:00-9:45 AM |  1/13-3/10 (no class 2/17) , 3/24-5/19 (no class 4/7)
  • Line Dancing (NEW to Flex Pass Program)
    • Tues/Thurs - WCSB 7:00-8:00 PM | 2/10-3/12 (no class /17), 3/31-4/23 (no class 4/7)

When you attend a class, please inform the instructor that you are using the Flex Pass. They will have you sign in and indicate that you are using one of your “visits”. For all programs taking place at the WCSB, this sign in will take place in the white binder at the front of the room. Off site programs will have a separate sign in sheet. Our office will take care of monitoring how many “visits” you have left on your pass, and reach out to you when you are getting low. To check the number of visits you have remaining, please reach out to our office.
