For same-day inspections, requests must be made by 8 a.m.
There is an AM timeslot (9am-12pm) or a PM timeslot (12pm-3pm).
Please be prepared to give the address, type of inspection, and contractor name and number.
The permit holder is responsible for scheduling all inspections. Hours of inspections are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Inspections are required with any project that requires a building permit. These inspections take place before, during, and after the project to verify that the people performing the work are complying with all applicable Codes.
Please do not use more than one method to schedule inspections.
The inspector has 2 business days to inspect before construction can continue.
Building addresses or lot numbers must be displayed as so to be always plainly visible from the street during construction. It is becoming increasingly difficult and time-consuming to find project locations to complete inspections.
